This pivotal role offers a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, providing you with direct access to our entire Management Team and a unique insight into the inner workings of our organisation.

Tasks and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Priority Projects, ensuring seamless communication across Brands and Support functions.
  • Plan and prepare management team meetings, create compelling presentations, and meticulously document meeting minutes.
  • Actively participate in Extended Leadership Team meetings, contributing to these discussions.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including proactive diary management, travel arrangements, and expense handling, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Prepare decision‑making documents and support the execution of strategic plans, aligning with the Group strategy and internal plans.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Companies House filings, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Maintain and coordinate the Business Risk register to safeguard the organization’s interests.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Vice President of KION ITS EMEA UK&I to drive the company’s business agenda.
  • Identify and champion business improvement initiatives, driving positive change within the organisation.
  • Balance strategic and day‑to‑day operations with a keen eye for interrelationships, demonstrating foresight and adaptability.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Exhibit strong communication skills, building relationships at all organisational levels across the EMEA region.
  • Drive business improvement, having a results‑oriented approach.
  • Bring professional experience in project management, planning, organisation, and documentation.
  • Possess advanced IT skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Additional language skills are a plus but not essential.
