We Offer
With daily customer contact for breakdown management and control of a team of field based service engineers, the service controller plays an important part in Linde providing a first class level of on-site service and will have a pivotal role in the continual improvement of our customer service delivery.
Tasks and Qualifications
Successful applicants will be familiar with customer call handling and logging, organising and planning engineer despatch supported by effective and clear communication. The successful applicant will be expected to establish and maintain excellent customer contact and call handling standards, and support and communicate with their engineering team, thus ensuring customers, both internal and external, receive an outstanding level of service.
