We offer a professional company customer facing image and aim to increase customer service levels. The role involves increasing revenue and margins through building effective customer and colleague relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the dispatch of engineers to Breakdown/TOA jobs as required, keeping the customer informed at all stages.
- Proactive control of service planning and maintaining accurate planning master data.
- Liaise with service engineers, quotation controllers, team leaders, and Regional Service Managers to maximise the effectiveness of service quotations.
- Produce service schedules in collaboration with Regional Service Managers and communicate these to engineers and customers.
- Provide proactive communication to customers regarding TOAs, breakdowns, and planned services.
- Communicate with external and internal customers in a professional manner consistent with maximising customer satisfaction.
- Arrange and plan work arising from Thorough Examinations and Service as required.
- Deal with any invoice queries in a timely manner in conjunction with the Regional Service Manager.
- Arrange third party jobs as required through approved suppliers.
- Fully process in SAP Goods Receipts etc.
- Ensure timesheet data is accurate and up to date for smooth processing of all jobs prior to JBCL.
- Closely monitor all WIP within the service environment, correcting any tasks and errors that prevent timely job completion.
- Undertake this role in compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
Management may from time to time ask you to undertake other duties commensurate with the salary for this position.
