Maintain long term rental contracts in the KFS contract management system and manage in life activities including early terminations, contract changes, and contract closure.
We offer:
- Enter and maintain long term rental contracts into the KFS contract management system.
- Manage in life activities including early terminations, contract changes, and contract closure.
- Work with internal teams to address missing information or queries.
- Interpret and post missing invoices from month end statements.
- Support month end processes including reporting.
- Other adhoc duties relating to leasing operations as required.
Tasks and Qualifications:
- Experience of high volume data entry ideally in leasing/financial services – the focus of this role is to ensure that the contract management and accounting systems are complete, accurate and up to date.
- Use of Excel – reconciliations, reports and ad hoc analysis will make extensive use of Excel. Proposal details may be contained in Excel and ad hoc lease pricing calculations will use Excel. Functions in use will include vlookups, pivot tables and graphs.
- Customer orientation – this role will handle and resolve questions from internal customers in a way that inspires confidence in KFS.
- Problem solving and adaptability – the role requires the ability to support problem solving and to be adaptable to change as processes are automated and volumes grow.
- Effective communicator – both formally and informally – the role requires effective oral and written communication with internal customers.
- SAP Experience – highly desirable.
