The Content Marketing Manager will support the execution of the Global Brand Content strategy to engage global audiences through all stages of the buying journey. You will need a consistent track record in crafting stories, and managing diverse content formats, including email marketing, social media, thought leadership, and digital campaigns. Prior experience in the supply chain or ecommerce industry is helpful.
Tasks and Qualifications:
- Content Creation: Work with the Content Marketing Lead and team to write, edit, and optimize compelling long-form content such as articles, white papers, eBooks, and case studies. Create engaging and on-brand content for thought leadership, social media platforms, email campaigns, blogs, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including solution marketing, digital marketing, communications, creative, and vertical markets teams to align content with brand messaging and business goals. Partner with external agencies and freelancers when needed, to scale content production.
- Digital Marketing Integration: Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure content is optimized for SEO and integrated into broader campaigns. Leverage analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on trends and developments in the supply chain industry to produce relevant and authoritative content. Build relationships with industry thought leaders and subject-matter experts to enrich content quality and authenticity.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of professional experience, with 3-5 years in content marketing, including a focus on global markets.
- Outstanding writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing long-form content like blogs, case studies, eBooks, and white papers.
- Proficiency in managing content across various channels such as social media, email marketing, and digital platforms.
