About you:

Principal Accountabilities

  • To comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times and promote a positive H&S culture.
  • KPI focused with a mentality to over achieve where possible.
  • Provide first-line support to all equipment in scope of the Dematic contract.
  • Maintain product flow at all times.
  • Provide basic fault resolution and contribute towards complex faults alongside the engineering team.
  • As required, provide assistance in maintenance and breakdown situations to the engineering team.
  • To work within the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices.
  • To drive 5S and value-add practices across site.
  • Prioritisation of multiple system faults.
  • To ensure quality of output at all times.
  • To accurately record all work undertaken.
  • Involvement in continuous improvement and sales opportunities.
  • To represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain customer relations.
  • To adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the company.
Knowledge & Experience Required
  • Basic key-skills and basic IT competency.
  • SafePass, CSCS Card (desirable).
  • Previous experience/knowledge of automated systems, warehouse or production environment.
  • Working at height experience (desirable).
  • Demonstrable history of safe working and contribution towards a positive working culture.
