About you:Principal Accountabilities
- To comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times and promote a positive H&S culture.
- KPI focused with a mentality to over achieve where possible.
- Provide first-line support to all equipment in scope of the Dematic contract.
- Maintain product flow at all times.
- Provide basic fault resolution and contribute towards complex faults alongside the engineering team.
- As required, provide assistance in maintenance and breakdown situations to the engineering team.
- To work within the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices.
- To drive 5S and value-add practices across site.
- Prioritisation of multiple system faults.
- To ensure quality of output at all times.
- To accurately record all work undertaken.
- Involvement in continuous improvement and sales opportunities.
- To represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain customer relations.
- To adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the company.
- Basic key-skills and basic IT competency.
- SafePass, CSCS Card (desirable).
- Previous experience/knowledge of automated systems, warehouse or production environment.
- Working at height experience (desirable).
- Demonstrable history of safe working and contribution towards a positive working culture.
