Overview: This role delivers the people strategy aligned to business priorities across functional areas and Regional Business Units. The HR Business Lead translates strategic objectives into effective day‑to‑day HR delivery, acts as a trusted partner to the business, shapes the people agenda, champions employee engagement, and drives a high‑performance culture across the region.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Experience within a sales, service, or engineering environment
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law, including trade unions
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with strong delivery focus and critical thinking ability
- Confidence to manage upwards and challenge constructively
- Continuous improvement mindset and experience enhancing processes
- Strong systems knowledge (Workday, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Ability to manage workload independently and make sound decisions
- Commercial awareness and ability to see the wider business context
- Strong team player with ambition and drive to succeed
- Willingness to travel across the region
