Do you take pride in precision, teamwork, and creating unforgettable dishes? Kioku by Endo is looking for a committed Chef de Partie to join our talented brigade in the heart of London.

About Us: “Kioku” means memory in Japanese—this restaurant is just that: a mosaic of moments, flavours, and experiences curated by Chef Endo Kazutoshi, a third-generation sushi master. From his roots in Yokohama to the fine dining kitchens of Tokyo, Endo-san’s journey informs everything we do. Located at The OWO, with views over Trafalgar Square, Kioku is more than a restaurant—it’s a celebration of craftsmanship, culture, and memory.

The Role: As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and support the smooth running of daily kitchen operations.
