About Us: Kioku, meaning memory in Japanese, is the personal vision of Chef Endo Kazutoshi, a third-generation sushi master. Nestled within The OWO, with panoramic views of Trafalgar Square, the restaurant is a celebration of treasured memories and the culinary artistry that creates them.
The Experience: At Kioku, the beverage offering is integral to our story. As Sommelier, you'll play a key role in delivering this vision, guiding our guests through an exceptional wine and sake program that complements our menu and deepens the dining experience. You'll support both our main dining room, where Sake Samurai Natsuki Kikuya has curated one of the most bespoke sake collections in London, featuring over 100 varieties. Alongside this, you'll work closely with our Head Sommelier and beverage team to elevate our wine program, combining Old World classics with lesser-known gems, always selected with care and storytelling in mind.
