The Role
As a Kitchen Porter, you play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping all kitchen areas clean, tidy, and hygienic
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Supporting chefs with basic prep tasks when required
- Ensuring waste is managed and disposed of correctly
- Maintaining stock of cleaning supplies and reporting shortages
- Following all health & safety and food hygiene procedures
You’ll be an essential part of the team, helping ensure smooth and efficient service every day.
