Looking for a role where you can make a real impact from day one? At Kin Vet Community, we're building something different - a collaborative network of veterinary practices united by our values of Empathy, Trust and Transparency. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented communicator and organiser to join us in a newly created role at the heart of the business.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our CEO and Senior Leadership Team, shaping how we communicate, engage and connect with colleagues across the organisation. You'll own internal communications, support employer branding and social media activity, coordinate key business events, and provide executive support that enables our leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

No two days are the same. One day you'll be creating engaging colleague updates and leadership communications; the next, you'll be helping to organise business events, coordinate projects or support company-wide initiatives.

We're looking for an ambitious graduate or early-career professional with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do mindset. Experience in communications, marketing, administration or executive support is welcome but not essential.

If you want exposure to senior leadership, the chance to influence colleague engagement, and an opportunity to build a career across communications, marketing and business operations, we'd love to hear from you.
