We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Pet Care Vets in Erith. Salary: £45,000 - 75,000 per annum.

A flexible fixed-term opportunity with a supportive team. We're looking for a confident Veterinary Surgeon to join us on a 3-month fixed-term contract, covering a valued member of our team whilst they take time away for surgery. This role offers flexibility, with the option to work either four days (40 hours) or three days per week for the right candidate. Whether you're between permanent roles, relocating, returning to practice, or simply looking for a short-term opportunity with an excellent work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
You’ll enjoy a varied first-opinion caseload, combining consultations, diagnostics, routine surgery and inpatient care. We pride ourselves on providing continuity for our clients and patients, giving you the opportunity to build trusted relationships whilst delivering high-quality clinical care.
Working Pattern:
- 4 days per week (40 hours) or 3 days per week for the right candidate
- Four 10-hour shifts
- Typical start times of 8:30am, 8:45am or 9:30am
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8:30am–12:30pm)
- No out-of-hours
