About Us
We are a next generation artists agency and image licensing platform representing a roster of contemporary photographers & directors. We work with global brands who value originality, strong visual storytelling, and culturally relevant imagery. Our work sits at the intersection of editorial, fashion, and commercial image-making.

The Role
We’re looking for a highly visual, culturally aware designer with a strong understanding of contemporary photography to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on creating and delivering high-quality visual output across our marketing and brand communications. You’ll work closely with the team to shape how our imagery is selected, presented, and brought to life across digital channels. You should be as comfortable editing and sequencing imagery as you are designing layouts and creating motion.

What You’ll Do

  • Image Curation & Visual Direction
    • Select and sequence imagery from our archive for use across marketing and communications
    • Bring a strong point of view on what feels current, relevant, and on-brand
    • Help shape and maintain a consistent visual language
  • Design & Creative Production
    • Email campaigns
    • Sales decks and presentations
    • Social and website content
    • Create thoughtful, refined layouts that let imagery lead
  • Digital Campaigns (Concept + Execution)
    • Develop clear, image-led concepts for digital campaigns (paid and owned channels)
    • Produce and iterate campaign assets across formats (social, display, email)
    • Generate multiple variations quickly for testing and optimisation
  • Motion & Animation
    • Create subtle, considered motion using After Effects
    • Bring still imagery to life through simple, elegant animation

What We’re Looking For
4–7+ years’ experience in a design role (agency, brand, or editorial)
A strong portfolio demonstrating:

  • Excellent graphic design and typography
  • Experience working with photography (not just illustration or 3D)
  • High-quality, real-world output across multiple formats
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Strong understanding of contemporary visual culture, photography, and image trends
  • Ability to work quickly and produce high volumes of polished work
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on consistency and craft

Ideal Background
Experience in commercial, editorial, or culture-led environments
Previously worked with photographers, image libraries, or visual archives
Comfortable balancing taste with performance (e.g. campaign iteration and testing)

How We Work
We’re a small, collaborative team with a strong point of view. This role is suited to someone who enjoys curating culturally relevant work and who takes pride in producing thoughtful, well-crafted content pieces at pace.

Salary
£40,000 – £50,000 (pro rata if part-time), depending on experience

To Apply
Please send:

  • Your portfolio
  • A short note about your experience and why this role appeals
To: Important: We’re particularly interested in seeing image-led work. Please include 2–3 examples that show:
  • Your approach to working with photography (selection, layout, sequencing)
  • Any digital campaign work (especially paid social or multi-format assets)
  • Motion or animation work using imagery (where relevant)
Applications without relevant, image-focused work may not be considered.
