Kintzing is redefining how brands access and license photography. We work with a new generation of image-makers to offer fresh, original storytelling that goes far beyond traditional stock. As we grow, we’re looking for a Creative Director to lead the visual voice of the brand across all channels.
This is a role for someone who lives and breathes photography, knows how to curate and communicate visual trends, and brings culturally relevant creative ideas to life from concept to execution.
What You’ll Do:- Lead Kintzing’s creative direction across all brand touchpoints including social, email, digital campaigns, decks, and events
- Develop original campaign concepts and creative ideas that reflect our values and connect with clients, creatives, and collaborators
- Curate imagery from our photographer roster to build culturally sharp, visually compelling narratives
- Create standout social content, engaging mailers, pitch materials, and storytelling assets
- Design and produce brand content for digital, social, presentations, PDFs, and occasional motion or video content
- Track visual and cultural trends and incorporate them into our tone, strategy, and campaigns
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all communications
- Collaborate with the founder, agents, and wider team to push creative boundaries and grow brand visibility
- 5+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or brand-led content creation
- A sharp eye for photography, curation, and strong visual storytelling
- Awareness of cultural and visual trends, especially in fashion, youth culture, art, and design
- High-level design skills with tools like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma
- Experience creating for social platforms like Instagram and TikTok, and for digital campaigns
- Ability to ideate and produce content hands-on, including light video or motion graphics
- Strong writing and brand voice instincts are a plus
- Independent, collaborative, and energised by the idea of reshaping a legacy industry
