What You’ll Do:

  • Curate imagery from our photographer roster to build culturally sharp, visually compelling narratives
  • Create standout social content, engaging mailers, pitch materials, and storytelling assets
  • Design and produce brand content for digital, social, presentations, PDFs, and occasional motion or video content

  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all communications
  • Collaborate with the founder, agents, and wider team to push creative boundaries and grow brand visibility

What You Bring:

  • Awareness of cultural and visual trends, especially in fashion, youth culture, art, and design
  • High-level design skills with tools like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma
  • Experience creating for social platforms like Instagram and TikTok, and for digital campaigns
  • Ability to ideate and produce content hands-on, including light video or motion graphics
  • Strong writing and brand voice instincts are a plus
  • Independent, collaborative, and energised by the idea of reshaping a legacy industry

Why Now?
