KINTZING is a new generation photographic agency and licensing platform that champions creativity, fresh ways of looking at the world and unique story-telling.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised junior / mid-level producer to join our production team. You will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of productions, working closely with our production team, photographers, and clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects run smoothly from inception to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, budgeting and execution of Kintzing productions.
- Manage timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Preparation of production paperwork, including call sheets, shot lists, vendor contracts and pre-production decks.
- Oversee travel arrangements & logistics for projects, where necessary.
- Provide general support to Head of Production and Kintzing Artists during shoots.
- Negotiate rates with suppliers across each production.
- Maintain accurate records of production expenses and work on budget reconciliation.
- Liaise with clients, talent, and external vendors to ensure expectations are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Provide customer service during photoshoots, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
- Maintain strong relationships with industry contacts, including photographers, stylists, and agencies.
- Handle post-production coordination, including timelines and final asset delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and best practices to continually improve production processes.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a production role within the photographic or creative industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience preparing production budgets.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines and multitask and adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of photography equipment and production processes.
- A network of industry contacts is preferred, but not essential.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for shoots.
- A valid driver’s license is preferable but not a necessity.
