Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain tools incorporating algorithms from R&D teams. Troubleshoot customer data and support data analysis applications. Prepare detailed documentation, including user manuals and engineering specifications. Collaborate with Product Managers and R&D teams to plan prototype roadmaps.
