We are looking for an individual to join our IT & Business Transformation Department, working initially in a twelve-month fixed term contract. Working on a part-time basis of 25 hours a week (split over five days), we are looking for an individual who is highly organised, a confident communicator with a strength in building relationships.
This role is responsible for the overall change management framework of KINTO UK to ensure successful business adoption of change. The role will support the project pipeline of KINTO UK by building change management plans that ensure projects have sufficient change activities including communication plans, documentation and training plans.
The IT and Business Transformation department’s vision is: “Ensuring business sustainability and transformation through agile IT operations and robust change methodologies”. The department focuses on two main pillars:
- For IT: ensuring Business continuity through quality processes and governance, which consists of information security, service desk, enterprise data, software and applications teams.
- The Transformation team: enacting business change through project governance and TPS (Toyota Production System) methodology, consisting of a project management office and the Continuous Improvement and TPS teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create and own the overarching Change Management framework – the standards and tools which the business adheres to for change.
- Build and deliver Change management plans for relevant projects, including Stakeholder Management, Communication, Training, Documentation and Change Activities.
- Complete Change impact analysis as required for projects and initiatives.
- Engage with key business stakeholders to identify change impacts.
- Define measurable key success criteria for projects and initiatives and monitor and report on these criteria.
- Take part in the IT Change Advisory Board (CAB) by ensuring IT change request impacts are understood and communicated.
- Support the KINTO UK Enterprise Risk Committee by identifying and documenting risks linked to change.
Communication:
- Ensure projects have clearly defined communication plans to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the communication of key business changes through various methods.
Documentation:
- Ensure projects have clearly defined documentation plans, including Process, Procedures and Policies.
Training:
- Ensure projects and initiatives have clearly defined training plans in collaboration with the L&D team.
- Support the L&D team to develop relevant training content.
Key Experience & Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- An understanding of the UK IT landscape including Contract Management Systems, Portals, Data Warehouse, MS Dynamics.
- An understanding of the KINTO UK Fleet/Asset Management Business operation and model and the Products and Services offered by KINTO UK.
- A strong ability to communicate clearly and accurately with all levels of staff up to the CEO, both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work calmly under pressure and manage potential conflicts and prioritise conflicting demands.

This role will be working for KINTO-UK Ltd, a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, with offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO-UK shares their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK; however, the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services.
