We are looking for an individual to join our Fleet Business team.
The role in a nutshell
To build, maintain and service new and existing relationships with the Toyota and Redline brands, Dealer Network, Fleet Field Sales Team and Fleet Customers through the provision of excellent service.
Act as a key contact to support the activities of our Fleet field team, Business Dealers and approved brokers in liaison with all functions relating to Fleet proposals and activations.
A bit about the ‘Department’
The Fleet Business Unit (FBU) team sit within the Risk Operations department and are responsible for dealing with contract management for credit line customers, all fleet queries from the centre network and brokers for all entities, processing direct invoicing proposals via a funding queue and all contract hire pre-activation queries.
Some of the team’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, loading of retail concept loans, third party payments for credit line customers, customer loan cars, centre DEMOS and commission payments and queries.
What you’ll be doing
An ordinary day could involve working with other teams to resolve dealer queries, speaking with customers about settlements, creating variable rate finance documents to send to customers, speaking to the network about customer loan cars for their centres and looking at process improvements within the department.
This role is varied, and work tasks are on a 2-week rotation!
Tasks may include
- Customer service for Credit line customers (including calls) such as end of contract, settlements, account queries, statements etc.
- Management and preparation of appropriate documentation for Credit Lines including presentation for underwriting and review of outstanding liabilities.
- Effectively manage the pay-out processes associated with all brands (KINTO, Mazda, Toyota/Lexus Non-Brand)
- Assisting with general queries generated by our network of Dealers, KINTO, Fleet Customers and TGB/Brokers and the One Toyota Fleet Sales team.
- Ensure monthly and ad hoc reporting is sent out by agreed SLAs.
- Pay invoices by agreed SLA ensuring details match our point-of-sale system.
- Commission payments/Vehicle payments and reconciliation.
Key Experience & Skills
- Proficiencies in using Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
- Previous experience working in an administration or operational position, within a busy processing environment.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Motor finance experience would be desirable.
- Logical thinker with the ability to develop and communicate their ideas.
