About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior User Experience and Interface Designer who will support us in delivering high quality user experiences for our products. Working closely with colleagues in UX research, product design and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering improvements and evolving features that match the platform and business goals.
You will have significant experience designing for native mobile, web and digital platforms, together with a solid understanding of design principles, methodologies, heuristics and deliverables. With a keen eye for innovation and through continuous improvement, you will be able to bring the latest approaches to design and ensure we achieve the best solutions from a user and business perspective.
You will be responsible for:
- Defining and shaping the users’ experience across digital solutions, apps, and platforms. Covering the end-to-end design process, from discovery, requirements, and user needs, through flows, concepts, and polished, highly usable prototypes, ready for development and testing.
- Supporting the team and evidencing solutions through a set of robust artefacts, including; wireframes, user journeys, UX research tests, and delightful high-fidelity visuals, and assets.
- Monitoring best practice, and latest industry trends to ensure our products meet users' expectations.
- Using your knowledge and experience of the sustainability and mobility market to recommend ‘best in class’ user experience and features to help us keep ahead of our competitors.
- Working closely with research, product, development, and supporting delivery in an agile environment. Aligning with marketing and sales, to ensure consistency of presentation.
- Helping to maintain and develop the businesses design system, helping the team to test and iterate on the work.
