We’re supporting a growing engineering firm expanding its operations across Europe. Following several recent project awards, the team is seeking a talented Proposal / Bid Specialist to support ongoing tender efforts. This is a remote opportunity for a German-speaking professional with strong experience in bid coordination, estimation, or proposal management within the engineering or construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyse tender documentation including specifications, drawings, and commercial requirements
- Collaborate with global service teams and suppliers to produce high-quality, cost-effective bids
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies
- Assess risks and differentiators in each bid submission
- Support the development of compelling value propositions tailored to client needs
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, project, and commercial teams during tender preparation
- Engage with sub-contractors and sub-consultants to align on technical and commercial inputs
- Evaluate supplier offerings for technical compliance and innovative solutions
- Lead and participate in internal tender handover meetings
