Join a leading global offshore wind energy project and play a pivotal role in the installation of cutting-edge renewable energy infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced Offshore Installation Manager to oversee critical foundation transport and installation (T&I) activities, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key scopes within the Foundation T&I installation, including technical and commercial evaluation of various installation methodologies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards for all T&I contractor documentation.
  • Coordinate Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) acceptance, including the sourcing and management of MWS requirements.
  • Maintain continuous engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective scheduling, cost control, technical integrity, and risk management.
  • Supervise loadout, transport, and installation operations, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, including on-site oversight where necessary.
  • Capture and document lessons learned to drive improvements in future projects.
  • Provide insights and technical input to research and development (R&D), operations and maintenance (O&M), and other key internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management expertise, demonstrating a structured and proactive approach.
  • Excellent team player with a self-motivated and adaptable mindset, willing to travel as required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Offshore Installation Manager or in a similar role within Foundation T&I for offshore wind projects.
  • Experience working on European offshore wind projects is essential.
  • Familiarity with EU tender processes is advantageous but not required.
  • Valid GWO (Global Wind Organisation) and HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) certifications.
  • Hybrid working model with travel to various locations, including Denmark, Poland, and the Netherlands, as needed.
