Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review Ex equipment datasheets
  • Develop load lists, cable sizing, and voltage drop calculations
  • Produce and review electrical specifications and switchboard packages
  • Review vendor documentation against project requirements
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors
  • Support site and project interfaces
Requirements
  • Experience in oil & gas or petrochemical environments
  • Strong understanding of IEC 60079 (hazardous areas)
  • Experience with electrical design and calculations
  • Knowledge of industrial communication networks
  • Comfortable working across design and project delivery phases
  • Strong Excel and document preparation skills
