Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the handover process for large-scale projects in the oil and gas sector.
- Manage the development, execution, and close-out of completions systems, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with project standards.
- Build, maintain, and utilize advanced completions databases to monitor project progress.
- Prepare and allocate check sheets, as well as write pre-commissioning and commissioning documents, including procedures and method statements.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to align on turnover and acceptance systems and project completions.
- Ensure full compliance with design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria for fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up.
- Address risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction-related disciplines on large oil and gas projects, which includes at least 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role.
- Advanced knowledge of turnover and acceptance systems and completions software, with strong experience building completions databases.
- Proven experience managing and executing turnover and acceptance completions systems.
- Demonstrated skills in developing project systemization and completion activities, including the technical authoring of necessary documents.
- Background working with oil and gas companies, contractors, service providers, or heavy construction firms.
- Solid understanding of design standards, specifications, relevant codes, and safety criteria linked to major project scopes.
- Familiarity with offshore and onshore facilities and yard operations.
- Ability to identify and manage execution methods and risks associated with complex process facilities.
- Experience with large-scale organization operations in areas such as operations, projects, and subsurface.
