Role Summary: We are recruiting a skilled Flow Assurance Engineer to join a globally respected engineering consultancy supporting complex energy projects across traditional oil & gas and the energy transition space. You’ll play a key role in simulation, analysis, and project execution for high-impact developments, from deepwater and HPHT to CCUS and renewables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver flow assurance support across project phases (concept, FEED, and operations).
  • Perform steady-state and transient flow simulations using OLGA, PIPESIM, PVTSim, Multiflash, and PIPENET.
  • Evaluate and optimise flow assurance for pipeline and subsea systems in upstream and LNG projects.
  • Develop models and provide technical recommendations to support client decisions.
  • Collaborate across multi-discipline teams in energy transition and traditional energy scopes.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified (minimum BEng Hons) in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, or related Engineering field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in flow assurance or process engineering within oil & gas, LNG, or CCUS projects.
  • Strong simulation skills in OLGA, PIPESIM, Multiflash, PVTSim, and PIPENET.
  • Proven experience delivering pipeline flow assurance scopes (including deepwater or HPHT environments).
  • Chartered status or working towards it (IMechE, IChemE, or equivalent).
