Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned work packages, owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities across internal teams and external partners
- Drive progress through structured planning and close collaboration with Project Controls
- Manage and challenge contractors and suppliers to ensure performance and accountability
- Identify risks early, drive mitigation actions, and elevate key issues when needed
- Lead interface coordination across work packages to ensure aligned execution
- Monitor progress and performance against project targets and milestones
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all phases of delivery
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects
- Relevant degree in engineering, project management, or similar, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience managing EPC work packages within EPCM or similar delivery models
- Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and risk management
- Experience managing contractors and suppliers in complex project environments
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills in matrix organizations
- Structured problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus
- Preferably candidate will have steel industry experience
