Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians and contractors
  • Drive maintenance performance, safety, and compliance standards
  • Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, shutdowns, and planning
  • Work across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
  • Use CMMS systems to plan, prioritise, and track work
  • Support plant improvements and reliability initiatives
  • Ensure all work meets regulatory and safety requirements
  • Support reporting, scheduling, and resource planning

Requirements

  • Background in instrumentation or electrical (NVQ / Apprenticeship level)
  • Experience in a supervisory or lead technician role
  • Strong knowledge of plant maintenance (mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation)
