Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and contractors
- Drive maintenance performance, safety, and compliance standards
- Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, shutdowns, and planning
- Work across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
- Use CMMS systems to plan, prioritise, and track work
- Support plant improvements and reliability initiatives

- Support reporting, scheduling, and resource planning
Requirements
- Background in instrumentation or electrical (NVQ / Apprenticeship level)
- Experience in a supervisory or lead technician role
- Strong knowledge of plant maintenance (mechanical, electrical, C&I)
- Experience working in energy, process, or industrial environments
- Understanding of ATEX / DSEAR / hazardous areas
- Experience with shutdowns, maintenance planning, and CMMS systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
