What you will enjoy doing
- You will provide support in the area of Process Safety Expertise to all On-Sites and Operations across UK & Ireland.
- You will carry out process safety support to all RUK plants.
- You will be responsible for advising the organisation on process safety related matters and provide support through skilled application / proficiency in the below process safety topics.
- Undertake process safety concepts, hazard identification and risk assessment, functional Safety Assessments, management of change management of safety critical elements and Tasks (SCE/SCTs) and Incident reporting investigation.
- You will be responsible for legislation and regulations (e.g. COMAH, DSEAR); Codes and Standards.
What makes you great
- You are degree qualified, preferably in Chemical or Process Engineering subject or equivalent.
- Between 4-8 years’ practical industrial experience (post graduate scheme or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, preferably in a process industry operating under COMAH regulations.
- You have experience in the submission of COMAH reports.
- You are a chartered member of the IChemE (or other accrediting body) or actively working towards it.
