Key Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve EAM / CMMS systems across planned and corrective maintenance workflows
- Maintain accurate asset registers, hierarchies, and criticality classifications
- Optimise preventive maintenance schedules and work programmes to improve asset reliability
- Support maintenance planning, campaigns, and outage activities
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure asset data integrity
- Support spare parts strategy, inventory management, and maintenance planning alignment
- Produce reports, dashboards, and KPIs using relevant data and reporting tools
- Analyse asset performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support system upgrades, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience working with EAM / CMMS platforms
- Background in industrial, process, or operational site environments
- Strong understanding of maintenance strategy, asset management principles, and reliability
- Practical knowledge of plant equipment including pumps, valves, motors, and rotating machinery
- Strong data and reporting skills
- High attention to detail with excellent communication skills across engineering and operations teams
