Asset Performance and CMMS Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously improve EAM / CMMS systems across planned and corrective maintenance workflows
  • Maintain accurate asset registers, hierarchies, and criticality classifications
  • Optimise preventive maintenance schedules and work programmes to improve asset reliability
  • Support maintenance planning, campaigns, and outage activities
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure asset data integrity
  • Support spare parts strategy, inventory management, and maintenance planning alignment
  • Produce reports, dashboards, and KPIs using relevant data and reporting tools
  • Analyse asset performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support system upgrades, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with EAM / CMMS platforms
  • Background in industrial, process, or operational site environments
  • Strong understanding of maintenance strategy, asset management principles, and reliability
  • Practical knowledge of plant equipment including pumps, valves, motors, and rotating machinery
  • Strong data and reporting skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication skills across engineering and operations teams
