Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of drivers across a defined region
- Manage multi-drop delivery operations and route performance
- Drive performance across safety, cost, and delivery KPIs
- Manage budgets, reporting, and operational updates
- Improve route planning and delivery efficiency
- Ensure compliance across transport, vehicles, and drivers
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management
- Handle investigations, incidents, and corrective actions
- Manage daily operations including planning and driver briefings
- Support out-of-hours delivery issues and escalation when required
Requirements:
- Experience leading teams with hazardous products
- Strong background in multi-drop delivery operations
- Experience handling driver issues and operational challenges (including out-of-hours)
- CPC qualified (or willing to work towards)
- NEBOSH beneficial
- ADR experience
- Confident managing KPIs, budgets, and performance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
