Permanent Working Location: Guildford (Site-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and improving EAM / CMMS systems (PM, CM, work orders)
  • Maintaining accurate asset registers, hierarchies, and criticality data
  • Supporting maintenance planning, shutdowns, and campaigns
  • Optimising preventive maintenance schedules and work programmes
  • Working with engineering and operations teams to align asset data
  • Supporting spare parts, inventory, and maintenance planning
  • Producing reports, dashboards, and KPIs (Excel / Power BI etc.)
  • Analysing asset performance and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Supporting system upgrades, changes, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience using EAM / CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, or similar)
  • Background in energy, process, or industrial environments
  • Understanding of maintenance strategy, asset management, and reliability
  • Experience working with plant equipment (pumps, valves, motors, etc.)
  • Strong data skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
