The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Responsible for all Maintenance work on the site to be carried out safely, in compliance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental regulations (e.g., PTW, waste regulations, risk assessments etc.) and in accordance with company HSSEQ policy.
Management of execution of all statutory regulatory inspections including PSSR, LOLER and Compex.
Management of CIPS (civil, Insulation, painting and Scaffold) contractors to ensure efficient use of resources.
Development of maintenance KPIs using new CMMS, with a focus on moving to a Proactive versus Reactive Maintenance approach.
Drive collaboration between Maintenance and Operations teams to drive a proactive engineering programme.
The successful candidate should have:
- HNC/degree
- Experience of managing multi-discipline teams
- A strong safety and risk awareness mindset
- Ability to engage and connect with all staff and contractors effectively to deliver continued improvement and focus on HSE performance
