Director of Permanent Recruitment (UK, Europe & Africa)

We are recruiting for a Global Company that is heavily investing this year in the plant and is looking for 3 Lead Technical experts in the Refinery / Chemical / Petrochemical Industries.

This role offers a tax-free salary of £90k – £100k plus relocation, visas, private health cover for you and family, and bonus. Fantastic training provided.

Our Mechanical Integrity Engineers are responsible for the provision of mechanical, corrosion, inspection and materials engineering support to the refinery and petrochemical plant.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing engineering input to manage the mechanical integrity of fixed equipment assets
  • Ensuring compliance to legislation, such as pressure systems safety regulations, through written schemes of examination
  • Acting as a Technical Advisor to business teams, assisting with risk based decision making, management of change and owners engineering
  • Assessing equipment condition in the field and defining repair scopes to fixed equipment
  • Developing worklists for events/turnarounds and supporting work scope creation to ensure safe, reliable operation
  • Mentoring other engineers to develop both knowledge and people

The ideal candidate must be degree qualified and have 7 – 12 years\’ experience in Refinery / petrochemical / chemical manufacturing.
