An experienced Project Director is required to support an early-phase technical programme for an operating offshore asset. This role will lead and coordinate a multi-discipline engineering study focused on reviewing existing facilities, identifying future technical requirements, and shaping the next stages of engineering development and investment planning. The position suits a senior project leader with strong offshore experience, capable of interfacing with technical teams, operations personnel, and senior stakeholders in a structured and delivery-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering study activities from initiation through completion.
- Oversee technical reviews of existing offshore facilities and identify future improvement and development scope.
- Monitor programme schedule, cost awareness, and technical risk tracking.
- Interface with engineering teams, operational personnel, and senior stakeholders to align objectives and outputs.
- Ensure study deliverables meet required technical, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Maintain effective coordination with international stakeholders while operating from the Aberdeen office.
