Responsibilities
- Lead operations across 6 production sites as part of the senior leadership team
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations in line with UK legislation and recognised management systems (COMAH, COSHH, PSSR, ISO)
- Champion a strong safety culture with a clear focus on zero incidents
- Oversee maintenance strategies to ensure plant reliability, quality, and output targets
- Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cost control
- Lead change initiatives across safety, service, quality, and growth
- Manage budgets, performance, and a significant CAPEX programme
About you
- Degree or HNC/HND in Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong background in industrial/gas/Chemical production environments
- Proven multi-site operations leadership experience
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and process safety
- Confident people leader, comfortable in unionised environments
- Commercially astute with experience delivering CAPEX and productivity improvement
