What you will do:
- A good level of computer literacy with an aptitude to learn new systems.
- Ability to interpret and work from vendor manuals, drawings and P&IDs.
- Fault finding, repair and preventative maintenance of a broad variety of instrumentation.
- An ability to write, review and follow detailed procedures.
- Work experience on electrical equipment in hazardous areas.
About you:
- A good general education to at least GCSE level. 5 GCSEs should be of grades A-C and must include English, Maths and Science.
- Maintenance experience on at least some of the following:
- distributed control systems
- good knowledge of process measuring instrumentation (temp, pressure, level, flow)
- pneumatic and electronic d.p. cells / controllers / switches
- pneumatic and electronic relay logic
- pneumatic and electronic valve positioners
- hydraulic control systems
