We are seeking a talented and motivated Principal Engineer, Offshore Structures to join our innovative and forward-thinking team in South East, UK. You will be responsible for leading the offshore design team and providing guidance on executing structural analysis. This is an incredible opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that are shaping the future of the energy sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead the offshore design team and provide guidance on executing structural analysis. Take a proactive approach in the decisional process and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Analyze and design offshore structures in accordance with ISO1900 series, API RP2A, AISC code. Create and verify FEM models of fixed offshore structures, e.g., jacket and topside, for in-place and temporary conditions. Define and design foundation systems, including but not limited to foundation piles and mud mats. Re-design and assess brownfield structures, life extension, reliability analyses, with a strong attitude towards problem-solving and capacity to make critical choices.
