Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise maintenance personnel across operational activities.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programmes.
  • Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and workshop coordination.
  • Support reliability improvement and downtime reduction initiatives.
  • Manage contractors and third-party service providers.
  • Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities.
  • Ensure maintenance and integrity information is accurately maintained within SAP / CMMS systems.
  • Support root cause analysis and incident investigations.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and technical teams to optimise asset performance.
  • Promote strong HSE standards and safe working practices across all activities.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Engineering or related discipline.
  • 10+ years' experience within oil & gas maintenance operations.
  • Proven experience leading maintenance teams within live operational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of reliability engineering and maintenance best practices.
  • Experience using SAP / CMMS systems and maintenance planning tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capability.
  • Understanding of HSE standards and operational compliance requirements.
  • Must speak fluent French.
  • Comfortable working within multicultural and fast-paced environments.
