Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise maintenance personnel across operational activities.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programmes.
- Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and workshop coordination.
- Support reliability improvement and downtime reduction initiatives.
- Manage contractors and third-party service providers.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure maintenance and integrity information is accurately maintained within SAP / CMMS systems.
- Support root cause analysis and incident investigations.
- Collaborate closely with operations and technical teams to optimise asset performance.
- Promote strong HSE standards and safe working practices across all activities.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years' experience within oil & gas maintenance operations.
- Proven experience leading maintenance teams within live operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering and maintenance best practices.
- Experience using SAP / CMMS systems and maintenance planning tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capability.
- Understanding of HSE standards and operational compliance requirements.
- Must speak fluent French.
- Comfortable working within multicultural and fast-paced environments.
