Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise maintenance personnel across operational activities
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programmes
- Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and workshop coordination
- Support reliability improvement and downtime reduction initiatives
- Manage contractors and third-party service providers
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities
- Ensure maintenance and integrity information is accurately maintained within SAP / CMMS systems
- Support root cause analysis and incident investigations
- Collaborate closely with operations and technical teams to optimise asset performance
- Promote strong HSE standards and safe working practices across all activities
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years' experience within oil & gas maintenance operations
- Proven experience leading maintenance teams within live operational environments
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering and maintenance best practices
- Experience using SAP / CMMS systems and maintenance planning tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capability
- Understanding of HSE standards and operational compliance requirements
- Must speak fluent French
- Comfortable working within multicultural and fast-paced environments
