Remote Work: Up to 50% remote (exact amount to be agreed; subject to change)

Contract Type: Resource Consultancy

Assignment Period: 30 Mar 2026 - 29 Mar 2028

Possibility for Extension: 1+1 years, up to 29 Mar 2030

Work Schedule: Estimated full-time (100%), subject to actual needs

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret architecture, security, and system design to contribute to technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain systems, focusing on backend and some frontend functionality
  • Act as Scrum Master to guide agile processes and team alignment
  • Coordinate daily activities and manage backlog with business analysts and product owners
  • Configure and maintain CI/CD environments
  • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive system documentation
  • Handle incidents, troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and support IT operations for applications and related systems

Qualifications:

  • Senior-level expertise in system development (5-9 years experience)
  • Proven ability to code and provide leadership within agile teams
  • Experience with Python, React, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy
  • Familiarity with agile environments and roles such as business analyst, system developer, and tester
  • Comfortable collaborating with project managers, solution architects, and product owners
  • Proficient in Swedish (language requirement)

Assignment supports ongoing digitalization for the energy transition, with involvement in simulation and control methods for renewable energy integration. Role is part of the IT team for Power Systems & Electricity Market within the IT division.
