Study Pipelines Manager Location: London Salary: £90,000 - £95,000 + Car Allowance Contract Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities Lead route selection, corridor assessments, and GIS-based constraint analysis for onshore pipeline projects. Deliver feasibility, concept, optioneering, and FEED studies for pipelines in the energy transition sector, including hydrogen and CO₂ transport. Oversee mechanical design, constructability, and installation engineering activities. Steer geotechnical, geohazard, crossing, and landfall engineering work. Own project budgets, schedules, gross profit, and manage change processes. Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and technical tenders. Build and maintain client relationships, identifying follow-on business opportunities. Manage technical risk and champion digital and GIS-led project delivery. Requirements Strong background in onshore pipeline engineering. Experience leading feasibility, concept, or FEED studies. Commercial awareness, including managing budgets, variations, and forecasting. Confident in managing clients and multidisciplinary teams. Experience with proposal preparation and cost estimating. Knowledge of GIS and route selection is beneficial. Exposure to hydrogen or CO₂ pipeline projects is an advantage
