Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all process/technical team outputs meet project specifications and comply with regulatory safety standards.
- Supervise the creation of process system designs, reviewing deliverables such as technical specs, calculations (e.g., volumes, flow rates), design reports, PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment lists/RFQs/selection.
- Lead design reviews to confirm systems meet project requirements.
- Review and approve all process/technical work scopes and specifications.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all related business activities.
- Accurately schedule and manage project resources, monitor task completion timelines, and support budget control within the assigned area.
- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree (BEng Hons) in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- Extensive experience in designing and delivering process systems.
- Proven track record in leading engineering teams for projects exceeding £5m in value.
- Deep understanding of construction and process industries, including relevant standards.
- Proficient in control system operating principles.
- Skilled in identifying issues and implementing timely remedial actions in line with project/business
