Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Engineering Manager in ensuring the application of procedures and workflows.
  • Assist in verifying compliance with standards.
  • Work with HSEQ to support audits and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and report issues requiring corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the Project Coordination Engineering Execution Plan (PEEP).
  • Support the Engineering Manager in the coordination of engineering activities and manage specific engineering work packages.
  • Oversee the engineering execution of activities, focusing on maximizing value for the business.
  • Support design and HSEQ reviews.
  • Assist in monitoring schedules and costs.
  • Contribute to risk management and change management.
  • Coordinate and monitor project interfaces.
  • Support Cost Estimate activities and consolidate outcomes for the Engineering Manager.

Use of Software

  • Ensure Electronic Document Management System setup and proper document management aligned with corporate procedures.
  • Guarantee correct implementation of digital tools and platforms.
  • Support the Engineering Manager with the Life Cycle Information system setup and data governance in compliance with project requirements.

Relationship Management

  • Act as engineering interface for technical matters.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external service suppliers.

Organisation, Leadership and Autonomy

  • Demonstrate strong ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Coordinate and provide guidance to discipline engineers.
  • Support resource planning and monitoring.
  • Coordinate close-out of project actions.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Flow Assurance Engineer throughout various phases of project development (from concept development to execution) and handover to operations.
  • Graduate-level knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics.
  • Ability to identify, define, and analyze complex multiphase hydrocarbon transportation schemes.
  • Capability to perform technical review of Flow Assurance documentation prepared by team members, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with applicable standards, best practices, and work instructions.
  • Proficient in use of the following software: OLGA, PVTSim, Multiflash, Pipenet, Pipesim, Hysys, Unisim.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Matlab, C++, and Python is an added benefit.
  • Experience with Technical Audit and Design.
