Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians and contractors
  • Drive maintenance performance, safety, and compliance standards
  • Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, shutdowns, and planning
  • Work across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
  • Use CMMS systems to plan, prioritise, and track work

Requirements

  • Background in instrumentation or electrical (NVQ / Apprenticeship level)
  • Experience in a supervisory or lead technician role
  • Strong knowledge of plant maintenance (mechanical, electrical, C&I)
  • Experience working in energy, process, or industrial environments
  • Understanding of ATEX / DSEAR / hazardous areas
  • Experience with shutdowns, maintenance planning, and CMMS systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
