Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide electrical engineering support to operations and maintenance teams
  • Support fault finding, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations
  • Assist with brownfield modifications and minor project activities
  • Review electrical engineering documentation and technical deliverables
  • Support maintenance strategies and reliability improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and HSE requirements
  • Support shutdown and maintenance activities when required
  • Participate in technical reviews, HAZOPs, and MOC activities
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering and offshore teams
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors on technical scopes

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
  • Experience supporting live operational assets within oil & gas or energy sectors
  • Strong understanding of LV/HV electrical systems and power distribution
  • Previous experience within brownfield or operations support environments
  • Familiarity with hazardous area equipment and offshore regulations
  • Understanding of maintenance, reliability, and asset integrity principles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving capability
