We are currently seeking an experienced Pipeline Engineer to join an engineering team based in Hampshire on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. The role offers exposure to a broad range of onshore, offshore, and energy transition projects, with flexible hybrid working and the opportunity to support early‑phase project development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design of onshore and offshore pipeline systems up to Concept Definition stage, working under the guidance of the discipline lead.
- Coordinate with pipeline designers and provide technical input for drawing development.
- Review pipeline drawings and verify design and installation activities during project execution.
- Track and follow up on detailed pipeline engineering activities to support delivery milestones.
- Attend technical, coordination, and project review meetings as required.
- Collaborate within the pipeline engineering team and interface with materials, flow assurance, and subsea disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pipeline design standards, specifications, and company HSEQ policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree‑qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Pipeline Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting pipeline design activities within onshore, offshore or energy‑related projects.
- Familiarity with pipeline design standards and industry best practices.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with designers and engineering disciplines.
