Lead Maintenance
Monday to Friday 8 - 5 pm

Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive EHS culture by leading the maintenance team and emphasising corporate EHS policy and culture. Actively participate in EH&S activities, best practices initiation/sharing, and drive continuous improvement in EHS topics.
- Lead team members to achieve optimised maintenance planning and enable high performance operations consistent with plant management strategy.
- Identify and drive need-based development plans for the maintenance team.
- Drive plant predictive/preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, and safe execution, including the Mechanical Integrity program, in a cost-effective manner without compromising safety or quality goals.
- Drive plant reliability by constantly reviewing corrective maintenance data and the effectiveness of the predictive/preventive maintenance programme using various tools (e.g. RCA, RBM, RCM, FMEA) and inspection techniques (e.g. oil analyses, other NDT).
- Drive and execute need-based facility-related maintenance.
- Ensure all maintenance information (e.g. equipment history records and fault reports) is accurately and promptly updated and maintained in SAP as well as in other formats.
- Ensure maintenance department-related KPIs are tracked closely to identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Candidates from chemical, oil & gas, petrochemical manufacturing are highly preferred.
- Demonstration of leadership and managerial responsibility to maintain customer, site, and business needs.
- Possess a broad knowledge of plant design, production, project management, maintenance management, policies, and standards.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP.
