We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Process Engineer to join our engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop hands-on experience in process design, optimization, and continuous improvement within a dynamic industrial environment.
You will support the design, analysis, and enhancement of manufacturing and production processes to improve efficiency, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in designing, reviewing, and optimizing production processes and workflows
- Monitor process performance and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
- Support troubleshooting of process issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Participate in project work, including commissioning and validation activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- 1 - 3 Years exp in water industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of engineering principles and process systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen, MATLAB) is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
