We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Process Engineer to join our engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop hands-on experience in process design, optimization, and continuous improvement within a dynamic industrial environment.

You will support the design, analysis, and enhancement of manufacturing and production processes to improve efficiency, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing, reviewing, and optimizing production processes and workflows
  • Monitor process performance and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support troubleshooting of process issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Participate in project work, including commissioning and validation activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 1 - 3 Years exp in water industries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of engineering principles and process systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen, MATLAB) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
